Fernandina Beach Pride Out & About (Meetups and Events)

• Assist with organization of events

• Pre event set up and tear down

• Assist with fundraising and ticket sales of large events

• Coordinate and lead a drop-in group event

Festival and Parade Specific

• Parade

  • Coordination with parade participants and parade logistics

  • Parade Marshals

• Vendor Village

  • Coordination with festival vendors and vendor area logistics including set up and tear down

  • Assist with information management for vendors and volunteers

• Site operations and Sanitation

  • Manage distribution and removal of waste bins

  • Maintain sanitation resources

• Merchandise sales and Pride Booth

  • Assist with merchandise sales

  • Staff Fernandina Beach Pride booth

• Festival safety, security, and Parking

  • Manage Vendor parking

  • Manage disabled parking

  • Augment police auxiliary for parade safety

  • Assist with pedestrian safety
